Wella Professionals Color Touch 4% 13 Vol Emulsion Developer 1000ml

Wella Color Touch Developer is outlined to be utilized with the Wella Color Touch and relights ranges of semi-permanent colorants.

 It’s a thick and rich, creamy water based formula which has an impressive mixing ability and gives heavenly performance as it sticks to the hair giving you ultimate control.

 It correspondingly layers hair giving you awesome even coverage whilst providing radiant looking color. It provides you with safe coloring results and is Ammonia free.

HOW TO USE:

• Always mix Color Touch with Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% or 4%.
• Mix at a ratio of 1:2, e.g. 30 g Cream + 60 g Emulsion.
