The most common types of chemical exfoliates to remove bump skin and Keratosis Pillaris are Beta Hydroxy Acids (BHAs) and Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs).

This exfoliating cream provides skin smoothing properties. Consistent use helps the skin to feel soft and smooth.
